Before purchase

Please confirm that your Mac runs macOS 14 or later and that you are comfortable granting Screen Recording permission, which is required for LiveFramePin's core features.

Refund requests

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase when LiveFramePin does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue. Please include your purchase email, license key, macOS version, and a short description of the problem.

License deactivation

If a refund is issued, the license key may be disabled and active instances may be deactivated.
